It's Raining NSVs

Today I went to see my primary doctor before I go back to work. I have been having serious issues with lightheadedness (if this is even a word). My BP was 100/69 she said throughout the day my BP is probably dipping too low. She is pulling me off of one of the three BP meds I am currently on. Even though this week it appears I am in a stall she was excited with my progress and told me I am a very beautiful woman and I should be pround of myself. Then when I got home my husband told me I was beautiful....which I am having a hard time comprehending the compliments of people since I am still 271 lbs and very obeses.
The last NSV gave me a flutter in my chest and caught me off guard. As I was walking home I noticed my shoe was untied. So I just bent my knees slightly, leaned over and tied my shoe. OMG I tied my own shoe and I did it without huffing and puffing to pull up my leg on a high step or chair. I didn't even think about it, I just tied that shoe and then I was shocked. This may seem minor but, it was an amazing acomplishment for me.....I haven't been able to do that in a really long time.

Those just gave me goosebumps! How exciting for you! Your start weight & mine are very close. I was just sleeved thursday so I'm hoping to enjoy some of those same NSVs real soon! Horray beautiful lady!

Those are the best kind of NSV's the ones that kind of sneak up on you. Take the compliments you have come a long way. Enjoy them, use them for on going motivation and keep on rockin that sleeve !
