What is/was your % of weight loss at 7 weeks?

 So lately I've been over my stall, I am happy that I see the scale moving but I am trying not get down on myself for not excercing like I should and am I am probably not going to meet my goal for Easter. I did not have to lose as much as most people when I had my surgery and I try to keep that in perspective when I see the slow progress. So to get an acurate picture of my progress, I calculated how much I've lost by percent. weight lost/ begining excess weight.

I've lost 41% of my excess weight in 9 weeks (including pre-op diet) That seems pretty darn good. What do you think? and how do you compare?

I'm at 6 weeks...I went back to the dr last Friday..I have lost 43lbs and 30% of my body mass!

About 13% of body mass and 32% of the 107 pound I'm trying to lose.  Not that I secretly don't wish to lose more like 122, but I tried to set a realistic goal thinking anything extra will be a bonus.

I think checking percentages is a good idea since starting weight vary so much.

Im 8 weeks and I have lost 22 % of body mass and 60 % of what I am trying to lose.  Never really looked at my weight loss like this yet.

36lbs about 25% at six weeks post-op

I'm at 25% after 7 weeks. I wi**** were higher, but I am trying to be satisfied with just seeing the scale move down.

I am almost to my 1 month post op and i have lost 37lbs :) but this is only about 12% of what i want to lose :( sigh

This isnt really helpful but i lost 37lbs wahoo!!!
