My Dr said the no sugar added ones are OK (the powders). But I have found that I am sick of them.

They are an OK thing to have, but not the highest in protein (IIRC they are about 5g protein compared to 15-25g for most of the protein powders). They have a better overall nutritional profile than most protein drinks, so if you are getting in enough protein during the day with them, they can be a good addition to the diet. I often blended it with the protein powder to get something inbetween, but I was rarely at a loss for protein. Now, in maintenance, I often use them, both the SF and non-SF versions depending upon application, more frequently than the protein drinks.
