I have 2 servings a day, make it all at once & reheat as needed.
2 scoops nectar chocolate truffle mixed with 1/2 cup almond milk then add to 24oz hot coffee.can also be mixed in blender with ice to make a frappe
I do a 16 oz travel mug of whatever flavor of hot coffee, add 2 Splenda and about 1/4 packet of sf hot chocolate. Tastes like a cafe mocha without all the sugar and carbs!
K cup thingy, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup of nectar vanilla. Only way I can choke down protein powder and now I really like it and look forward to it everyday.
You have to wait for it to cool before adding the PP, or add the PP to milk first and then "temper' it into the coffee....sort of like you would add eggs to a hot dish.
