Help with adding pictures

I would like to add some pictures to my posts but I can't seem to figure it out.
Any help is appreciated.

1. add photos you want to post  to your album.
2. open album in a new window, then select the photo you want to add
3. in the original window open the message tab you want to post
4. make both windows  smaller so you can see them at same time on your screen. Drag and drop the photo from the picture window into the message window.  You can drag and drop any photo you have posted online.
