Just jumping through hoops!!!!

Well I finished my six months supervised diet last Thursday,03/08/12.  Faxed in all my docs to Bariatirc center.  Went for my phsych evaluation on the 29th and girls in the front office didnt get my signed release letter to release my records to the bariatric center.  I had an ex PCP and I thought it would be good to include those records.  Pleae note one record for 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 for each year we are talking here.  I have been begging for them to fax these records to the bariatric center for 4 weeks now.  Well i finally talk to the center last week and the insurance girl states I need a letter of clearance from my oncologist.  I said to her I already have one of those that I had filled out that you provided in your packet in December 2011 when I saw him.  The insurance gal says no it has to be a letter of clearance.  I said that is the first I have heard of this. So I call them last Friday and ask them to fax.  Amazing....I am jumping through all these hoops. Oh yea, I email the center and ask her to please let me know when they receive the last three pieces of the puzzle and do you think she responds?  Nope she sure doesn't.  So here I am jumping through hoops....Crazy, rolling my eyes. My daughter had her surgery today,. She breezed through the surgery........but having a few other issues dealing with nausea and pain.......Well thanks for letting me vent.  I will be calling everyone again tomorrow and let's see how far I get through the hoops!!! I would think the bariatirc center would push the oncologist, PCP and phychiatrist for the last pieces of this puzzle but nope, I work alone.......

I know how you feel I've been jumping through hoops for  year and finally got approval.  Just keep jumping...This might just be the last hoop Never give up.
