Oly three more pounds until I say goodby to the 300's forever. That is so exciting for me, I can hardly express it.
If you are over 300 and not sure whether to do the surgery, all I can say is, I am not your Dr but it is THE BEST thing I have ever done for myself. Only 28 pounds gone so far but I feel empowered and like I have been given the greatest weapon ever in my fight against obesity.
I love this forum and all the support here. I feel pretty unstoppable today.

It's great to see you doing so good with your surgery! I hope it helps me too. I was 351 when I started the journey to get WLS and I've lost 70 pounds since. I have to get down to at least 160 to have an over weight BMI...you give me hope! Thanks and congrats on your loss.
