i know from everything ive read, everyone goes thru that dreaded 3 week stall! it is just aggravating, im just going to stick to the program- i am getting over 80 gr protein each day and im staying way under 40 grams carbs-mostly because i cant get any carbs because cant eat that much in a day-
1-protein shake 90 cal 24 grams protein-2 gr carb
2-string cheese-70 cal 8 gr protein 0 carb
3-2.5 oz grilled swai 35 cal 13 gr protein 0 carb
4-protein shake 90 cal 24 gr protein 2 carb
5- 2.5 oz swai 35 cal 13 gr protein 0 carb
6-string cheese 70 cal 8gr protein 0 carb
7-2.5 oz swai 35 cal 13 gr protein 0 carb
8-string cheese 70 cal 8 gr protein 0 carb
also 72 oz water--------495 cal 111 gr protein 4 carbs
does this seem to be ok-or is there something i could tweak?

You are doing great, in my opinion, with what you are eating! At 3 weeks, I was still on liquids and could barely get protein shakes in!
As someone who is 8 weeks out and has had two stalls (the last one was for 3 weeks!), just stick to the program and it will break! Just remember - we didn't get obese overnight, we can't expect to have our dream weight overnight! I had to do a lot of reminding myself during the last stall, and then lost 9 pounds in a week! If you can, it helps to take measurements - shows that even when you aren't losing pounds, things are going somewhere! I didn't lose even an ounce but lost 8.5" so just do what you know you need to do!

Stalling here, too. You and I are surgery buddies (as you know) and I've been wondering if you, Jaybee, girlingarden or Teacher07 were stalling since we're were all sleeved on the same day. My stall is going into week 2 now. It's very frustrating. I did see the scale move a teensy bit today so maybe I'm going to drop some pounds soon.
Stalls are part of the process. Your body needs time to adjust to all the loss, etc., and get ready for the next round of shrinkage (just my theory). Meanwhile, try to switch out of your routine and try some different things. I went from eggs, tofu, and low fat cheese to cottage cheese, yogurt, and turkey as my main protein sources and after a couple of days things moved on the scale again. Also increased my water intake (actually I drink sugar-free juice cuz I don't really like plain water much), and upped my exercise for the week by an extra 15 minutes/day.
While stalls are irritating, I do think they are necessary evils and that your body needs them to stabilize and move forward again. Hang in there....stay on program and they WILL eventually break!
