 About how long before you can start lifting weights? Got some moobs I need to get rid of!

 I was 6 weeks post-op before I was cleared to do regular exercise, HOWEVER, being that you are a male with chest/abdominal goals in mind, talk to your surgeon about this. You're looking to work an area of the body that will stretch and hurt your healing stomach more than anywhere else you could be working on.

 6-8 weeks is the usualy answer from what i've read on doing any heavy lifting type activities.  I'm still off work and I was sleeved on 2/6.

I saw my surgeon at my 6 week appointment and was told there are no more restrictions on exercise.

 Hahaha!  At least you're not a Jets fan!  Plus my buddies nephew is Giants LB Jonathan Goff so it's all good.
