to drink water too fast and/or too much   so embaressing!  I thought I read someone say - oh yeah drinking is completely normal now.  I guess I didn't pay attention to how far out they were from surgery.  SO my little 1 month tum-tum didn't particularly enjoy my sip sip sipping about 8 ounces of water in about 2 minutes.  Ugh gurgle gurgle splooey..... at least it was water right? sigh.....

Now back to bed to try to sleep. I'm such a dork.

Um yeah, not a good feeling to drink so fast. Sometimes I still forget to drink slow with only a couple gulps at a time. It's a learning process ... if not, I'm a dork too.

crystal light is the worst to come splooey through your nose.  That happened to me the other week.  UUUGGGHHH it burned for hours.  I didn't like crystal light before.  I really avoid it now.

I'm 6+ months out and I still have problems eating and drinking slowly.  Unfortunately for me when I go too fast, the result is vomiting! Ugh, you'd think I'd learn a little more quickly....! This is a learning process every step of the way!!
