my journey begins

 I dont remember how I found OH.  I have been reading many of your stories over the last couple weeks.  I just want to thank all of you that are on the forum for sharing your storey.  I first started with this journey over a year ago.  I was first looking into the lap band but I was turned down by insurance the first go around over a year ago.  I have tried and tried to lose the weight.  I lose some weight then put it back on.  I have started the journey again I just hope this time I can get an approval.  I have decided to do the sleeve and after joining this forum I am glad that my lap band was denied.  I have one month of wm down, 1 nut appointment down psy evaluation next month .Any advise would be greatly appriciated.
