greek yogurt and protein...

 hi vets-question can you mix a scoop protein powder and greek yogurt?

Don't see why not. I mix mine with skim milk all the time.

 Yep... I do it. A scoop of protein powder, some PB2 (or regular PB if you like) and greek yogurt. Put it in the freezer for a little bit and have some high protein fro yo!

 did it minus PB and was really really good!  thanks for the tip!

 if you want a tasty treat   mix greek yougart  wiht sugar free yello pudding,   jsut add half milk and the other half grek yougart,   yummy yummy    it taste creamy and sweeet wiht out the guilt.
