I wonder why the 3 week stall happens??? Anyway!!! congrats!! That's awesome!

It's something we ALL went through and 99% of us had a breakdown when it happened. Your body has been through serious trauma with having surgery and reducing calories from (in my case anways) 3000+ down to less than 500. Your body has a "freak out" of sorts and once it realizes it's not going to get those 3000 calories anymore, it lets go of the lbs. That's what I tell myself anways

 That's great to hear!  I'm in my three week stall now.  Even though I've read it over and over here, I know it's frustrating to do everything right and not see the scale budge.  I have decided not to weigh for awhile.  (I did, however just purchase a new scale online because I was beginning to think the old was was just stuck!)  I'll look forward to seeing progress again soon.  I'm hoping by the time the new scale arrives I'll see progress just like you did!
