I made this FABULOUS dinner last night that I just wanted to share:

Taco Stuffed Peppers

My hubby and I split this half and there was still plenty of this left. I cant wait to have some for lunch today!

I reheat a portion at work today and everyone was coming over to see what I had! It smells THAT good! It tastes just as good too :)
