Anyone heard of this site? Most of her recipes sound absolutely delish! I made the Pizza in a cup and the crockpot lasagna. Yummo!! Anyway just passing the link along.She even makes a pizza crust out of spinach. There are over 300 recipes. http://yourlighterside.com/your-lighter-side-cookbook/

Oh, I must check this out right now! Not that I can have pizza yet, but maybe I can modify this when I hit purees next week haha!
