What are the risks of using full fat Greek yogurt, and Whole milk in your shakes?

Why would there be a risk?  I eat full fat greek yogurt....but can't drink milk.

Glad to know it!  I just see so many references to fat free, I wondered if the fat was a particular issue with the sleeve.

There aren't risks, other than the extra fat means extra calories.  That's a good tradeoff for some people, depending on what's important to you and your program.

Good. I'm glad to know that. I can make that choice on a day to day basis.

They'd taste good?

Seriously though, I don't drink milk anymore.. may add it back, but carbs are higher than I like personallly.. so I do almond.. but Full Fat GY, yes.

I use this.  I like the single servings and mix a little cocoa and Torani syrup and splenda with mine.  I don't know that I have ever seen the full fat.  This isn't too bad, it has the fewest carbs I have found in a greek yogurt.  I don't think there are any risks at all, if that is what you like and you can budget the calories have at it and endulge!

do you mix the cocoa and torani syrup and splenda into the cherry or the plain?

I mix it in the plain because it has the least carbs. Then I mix the different flavor syrups, almond, vanilla and strawberry are my favorites right now.
