VSG on 04/19/12

I still feel absolutely terrible after surgery but I weighed myself today. I promised before surgery that I wouldn't weigh everyday and picked Sunday as my weigh in day. I didn't expect to be losing already being I'm only 3 days out. Well I am down 8 lbs total from day of surgery.

Definitely what I needed to see to make me feel better. Recovery has been hard but I know it's worth it.

We have to take it where we can get it! Seriously! Even the smallest of changes can mean huge differences in our mood, outlook and success! your change today was HUGE! MILK IT! lol
