Protien
Thats quite a bit for 4 weeks out, where did you get that much from and what were your carbs and overall calories? To answer your question, that protein number is NOT a problem, all by itself, thats what I get every day but if it comes along with 1,500 caories and 150 carbs at 1 month, then I would be concerned....
Ok, so 90 protein and 20 carbs are each 4 calories, so that's 110 X 4 = 440 calories from those two, so the fat was about 209 calories so around 22 grams of fat... Yea well the more protein you get the more calories... maybe some leaner fats but that's not a big deal if your protein this high and your calories stay about 650 ish, the carbs and fats pretty much have to be in line too....
So this all sounds darn good, keep it up..........

That's not a big deal at all - but it does mean that you may have room for a bit more variety of things!
I was routinely hitting 90ish at my 10day appt so the doc added veg to my diet
60-80 is a guideline - some will need more, particularly men (my target is 100-105 to maintain my lean mass) - and a few may ultimately need less. Unless you have kidney issues (in which case a nephrologist would be guiding you on this,) a little more than necessary is better than not enough (when your body will start stripping your muscles to get what it needs.) You need to be chronically higher by many times this amount to be in danger of harming anything other than your calorie count.
