Starting soft foods and am scard
What has helped me the most is to keep as much of the bad foods out of the house and to continue to measure my portions/track my intake. I've been maintaining for about a year now. I have had times I gained a little (holidays or weekend getaways), but I have found it very easy to get back on track. I allow myself a 5 lb limit from my typical average of 135. If it gets even close to 140, I cut back on carbs a little. I think as long as I catch it early, it will be easier to avoid gain in the long run.
