The best advice, as always, is to stick to your plan...I know it's harder the further out you get, but Calorie is King and if your calories stay low (800ish) and your energy expenditure is high (working out at all?) Y O U W I L L L O S E...I swear! At least the sleeve makes it easier and we are all thankful for that! Good luck on those last 28 stinkin pounds. I think you should cuss each one as the scale drops cuz you really have to fight for them...Stay strong!
