One Month Post-op

 Yesterday was my official 4 weeks post op and so far I am down 41lbs over all and 30 since surgery!!! I am so happy with my results so far.  I have definitely had my share of belly aches, fatigue, and soreness since surgery.  It's taking longer than I expected to get used to this new way of eating, especially when I don't want to eat most of the time. Still adjusting and figuring out what works for me, but I am just so greatful that I was able to have this surgery.
