Exercise victory
I am feeling so good now, two months out. In the last week I rode a 36K bike ride, did Zumba twice, swam laps and hiked about 5 miles. I think the variation in the exercise is why I dropped 5 lbs in a week. So here's to changing up your routine and having fun exercising. Down 48. Can't wait to say it is 50 sometime this week.

Yes, I'm 17 days out and the scale hadn't budged in 4 days and yesterday went to a family birthday party at my daughter's in-law's house in the country and took a walk over to the next farm, which was quite hilly. I was down another two pounds this morning. I'm feeling stronger this morning so tomorrow morning it's gym time for me! Thanks for the inspiration too!
