Plastic Surgery - PostOp

How many of you have had to have cosmetic surgery with any excess after you've been sleeved and started losing the weight?

Is it certain that you would have to have some form of cosmetic surgery?

 I had plastic surgery did I have to no not at all . I think it depends on your genes your age how much you have to lose and how much you excercise I only had about 2 lbs of excess skin removed I did it to look and feel better about myself

Most plastics are done after reaching goal and maintaining the loss for at least 1 yr. I think the need depends on the person and if there are any rashes/pain associated w skin. I did not think I would get work done but my boobs are goners and I will save up for those. I want my arms done but not the scar that comes with it. My skin is dark and I still have my little surgery scars.

I will probably need the bat wings removed at some point. Since I don't need to be a swimsuit model I think I'll be okay with a bit of sag here and there, but how my clothes fit after will probably have something to do with any plastic surgery decisions.

I had a face lift because I lost all the fat in my cheeks and the skin just sagged, drooped, and the lines between my nose and lips deepened. I figured I could cover up the body sags and wrinkles with clothes but everyone could see my face. Of course, I am 57 but I looked a lot older before I was tightened up. I look good in clothes but have no butt at all; I may decide on a butt lift eventually.
