Its a great day to be alive!!!!

Life is great!   I have a plan for the day and will work that plan.   I will use my tool of weight loss surgery to its fullest today to help me achieve my goals in life including weight loss.

I will not let others unhappy with their lives bring me down today!  

Get moving people and take control of your life!  And remember to sip sips sip walk walk walk and take those vitamins!
