I don't really follow a strict plan. I avoid white carbs cause they drop my blood sugar extremely low since surgery so even a bite cause dizziness and weakness. I was walking quite a bit and dr told me it was too much and to slow down. I was getting really bad bruises on my legs from it. When I first had surgery I was vicious in being strict with my diet, but then it seemed I was always stuck in a plateau, so now when I just eat and not worry about what this is and what that is the weight just really started falling off. I am now off of ALL MEDS!! I know some people on here would totally disapprove of this technique but its working for me.
Congrats on your sucess..I know what you mean as far as some of the people on here will tell you not to do this and to do that but if what your doing is working my advice is to keep doing just that..I try not to be negative but get tired of the experts at times..Im only one month into this but its going well and Im of the mindset that im going to try whatever i want but just in moderation....50 lbs down and about 50-60 to go..again congrats and God bless.
