Don't use the useless search bar up top, just use Google:
subject you want to look up site:http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/vsg
Just type in the keywords/subject that you are interested in, then "site" and the address of the forum or group. This works anywhere on OH, from the forums, to the member groups. Hope this helps anyone searching for info- there are so many repeating topics, that you can gather a whole lot of info fast by doing this!
