Best advise EVER!!!

when i first met with my doctor back in october 2011, he said "this surgery is a tool that will control how much food you put in your mouth, but i will not control what you put in your mouth".
this is the most truthful statement and i strongly agree.

i am 3 monhts post op and i have lost a whopping 73 lbs

my doc said he does about an hour of the work... and its up to us to do the rest...

Surgery day 212
month 1 to 2 i lost 9.6 pounds
month 2 to 3 i lost 7 pounds
month 3 to 4 i lost 6.2

and that is great advice. its our decision if we want to do what we did pre-op and fight our tool or if we want to change our lives for the better. food for thought.
