High Enzymes?

Have any of you had an issue with high muscle enzymes?  The nutritionist has requested blood work twice, and monday will have to have another appt. and most likely more blood work done.  I have been reading like crazy, and cannot figure out what could be causing this.  Any suggestions?  Is this enzyme thing bad???
