Any one at 6wks and more, How many calories are you eating?
How many carbs? Happy Friday.. Hope everyone that answers loses 5 lbs this next week! Lets do it.xox

 I am 5 weeks out and my nut has me on 900-1000 calories a day, we don't count carbs right now..

At six weeks I was getting around 300 cals on a good day.

Five months out I am still under 800 per day.

 yeah at 5-6 weeks I was at 400-600 calories if I was lucky and that was from 2 protein shakes.  Kept my protein above 70 and carbs lower than 40g.

At 10 weeks out, calories stay more in the 600-700 range, protein over 80g and carbs around 20g on non exercise days and they push 50-60g on heavy exercise days (this isn't walking around the block, I'm training for a 1/2 marathon so this is what I do on my heavy run days), these extra carbs come almost solely from my recovery drink.

I've averaged 4lbs a week for the last 4 weeks with this and I'm a "lightweight".

I am 4 months out and still only eating 600-800 cal. with less than 20g. carbs and really can't eat any more than that.

I've ben working a lot lately on optimizing my calories.  I am eating less than 600 a day, and lately less than 500.  carbs are generally less than 30.

I eat about 6-8 my carbs are around 50-60gm.. I feel extremely week if i have less than that.  I'm trying to cut down.. I will see how this works if not adjust it. Thanks guys.. you are a GREAT help!!!

I am on day 14. Having really hard time pushing more than 300 calories. I guess thats ok? I'm weak though. losing 2 to 3 pounds a day. Go to dr. Wednesday and will ask.
