How many Calories do you eat?
yeah at 5-6 weeks I was at 400-600 calories if I was lucky and that was from 2 protein shakes. Kept my protein above 70 and carbs lower than 40g.
At 10 weeks out, calories stay more in the 600-700 range, protein over 80g and carbs around 20g on non exercise days and they push 50-60g on heavy exercise days (this isn't walking around the block, I'm training for a 1/2 marathon so this is what I do on my heavy run days), these extra carbs come almost solely from my recovery drink.
I've averaged 4lbs a week for the last 4 weeks with this and I'm a "lightweight".

I've ben working a lot lately on optimizing my calories. I am eating less than 600 a day, and lately less than 500. carbs are generally less than 30.
