Soooo.....my doc requires 2 days clear liquids and mag citrate day 1. I am officially DRAINED! Is this normal??

Yup and it totally blows BUT it's a short time period and you'll get through it, just don't decide to re arrange your furniture or do your carpets or detail your car or do your spring cleaning or anything else even remotely similar :)
