Now that summer is coming, is anyone eating frozen yogurt?  Is that something we can have?

I don't eat it. The sugar and the carbs from the milk are too many carbs for my plan.

What does your plan say?
Frozen yogurt is really just glorified ice cream. it can be a slider for many,in that you can eat *aalot* and it can be a trigger for some ,as in the more you eat the more you want.

Thanks for the advice.  I know that there is sugar free frozen yogurt and I thought a small would not be so bad.  Thought I would post before I tried it just to see what others are doing.

I have recently been mixing my plain nonfat greek yogurt with crystal light lemonade since lemon yogurt is my favorite flavor yogurt. It takes a few hours to freeze a 5oz. serving but it's a nice frozen tasty treat and at times feels like I am eating something I'm not supposed to. But then I realize I don't get that icky feeling in my tummy from consuming too much sugar so I know I did good.

I also like the Crystal Light Cherry Pomegranate flavor!!!

I have an occasional frozen yogurt when I go out to a self-serve frozen yogurt shop with my family. They all get a big cup full and pile on the candy toppings, I get a very small serving of the no-sugar-added and put a few berries on the top. This way, I can go out with my hubby and kids, don't have the carton of it tempting me from the freezer, and have a delicious dessert. I always account for the extra calories and carbs with the rest of my meal planning for the day.

I say enjoy some fro-yo, but just be smart about it!

Don't et commercial frozen yogurt - empty calories.

Take your own unadorned Greek yogurt, add sugar free syrup, preserves, or MiO fruit labor, hen freeze it in a soft serve machine.  You can use it as a meal.

There is a Greek yogurt called Yassa. 70 calories. 6 grams of protein. No fat or carbs. They look like Popsicles.
