Light headed
How much water are you getting? How much protein?
I find that the minimum amount of water, the 64 oz a day, doesn't hydrate me properly. I feel much better with at least 80 oz, and really prefer closer to 100. I know that's a tall order so soon after surgery, but if you're already getting in the minimums, you may want to see if you can up it a little.
Also, it could be low blood sugar. You may want to get a glucometer (I think there's a generic one at Wal Mart for about 20 bucks or so that comes with a few test strips) and test your sugar the next time you feel that way. If it's below 70 or so, a swig of apple juice or a piece of hard candy should take care of it. Just be careful to not overdo the sugary stuff... it can disagree with your healing tummy in larger quantities and make you sick.
Hope that helps. Feel better soon
