Huge thing for me. I woke up and stepped on the scale and it said 295. SERIOUSLY!! I knew I was holding on to fluid because of my monthly visitor but I had no idea the scale would drop like that. I almost skipped stepping on the scale but I'm so glad I did. I am on cloud 9 today.
