I went to the gym today and got on the treadmill and I started to run I usually run for 2-3 minutes then walk for 1-2 minutes then repeat! I started on my 2 minute run and then said oh make it 3 minutes.... Then I started jammin out to a cool song and the next thing I know I its 13 minutes...... I ended up running over 2 miles non-******stop! So stoked!!!!!!!!!! Just had to share!!!

Wow that is amazing good for you. I can't wait to get back on the treadmill and run, before sugery I was running for 7 minutes before I had to stop I wonder how it will be now. I don't have the stamina yet though. I came off of some different meds when I had my surgery to so I think that may have a bit to do with my stamina as well. Soon I hope, soon!!
