Motivation for the week!

I wanted to share with you the lyrics to my "theme song" for my weight loss journey.  Hopefully it reaches your heart the same way it does mine.

For all you pre-ops and those of who you are newly sleeved, I would suggest finding a song that motivates or inspires you - one that you can listen to when you feel like this is too hard or not worth it.  A little faith will carry me through this process and get me to the end!  Enjoy~
