Sigh, I don't have to be right. I just want the newbie bashing here on this forum to stop. Today, the threads and responses truly looked informative and supportive. And Carmelita, your right- it shouldn't matter what stage or phase they are in for support.

I agree it's not about being wrong or right, but that's what they turn it into...and some do it in a very attacking, condescending manner. It got old a long time ago, and it has run off newbies who need to be here as well as vets who dare to disagree. These people have trained their liege very well, and the cycle continues.

I am not so sure that the cycle continues- have you looked at the posts today? They are truly inspiring and coming from a good place. Several people that I saw trashing over there and not posting so much here normally chimed in and with really, really terrific posts. Of course, I wouldn't see blocked folks but it seems to be a well adjusted board today. There is a thread going right now that is new about a guy struggling a bit- some of the vets chimed in with sound non-judgemental input. I am hopeful.
