So I finally posted my story about my journey of weight struggles in my blog. When never realized how hard it would be to do that. It was most definitley an emotional experience for me but one that I hope helps someone else

143+ in less than 6 months!? Wow... How did you do that!?!? I, too, keep a blog on which I am as candid as I can to channel my true emotions and help others on this transformative journey. You never know what helps. Congrats my dear!

Pre-op/HW: 302- SW (7/16/2012): 296 lbs- GW: 160-150 lbs. Month 1: -32 lbs.- Month 2: -16 lbs.
