I don't do Gatorade because I've never found one that was sugar free (even the "low calorie" ones are not sugar free). I do, however, drink a pretty good bit of Powerade Zero, which is sugar free.

Powerade Zero in Fruit Punch is my favorite! Gatorade G2 Is low cal and sugar free, but it still contains some carbs.

What part of Mi are you from?!?!

I have drank G2 gatorade's since just a couple days after surgery. I feel better drinking them on occasion especially on hot days.
