Fiber
I am having a hard time with fiber. I bought the benefiber drink mix (individual servings) kiwi and strawberry and and I drink one or two a day with my bottles of water. Unfortunatly I also have to take the fiber gummes, but sam still not getting enough in. Fiber is really hard. See, if we could eat weigh****chers yogurt, there is fiber in that....

I often threw some wheat or oat bran into the greek yogurt that I had along with a few raspberries. I worked to get 25-30g per day in and that was still marginal for me in keeping things moving.
