vacation next week
I am going away next week, down the shore for 10 days. I am trying to mentally prepare myself for all the challenges I am going to have to face. My niece and nephew are going to be there so I know it will be a house filled of yummy goodies. Like, chips, candy, ice cream. You name it I am sure they will have it.
I am already planning on going for a couple walks a day and maybe rent a bike and take a nice bike ride. Does anyone have any advice for me on how I can make it through the week being strong and hopefulllly not gaining any weight
