WOW...I am still in dis-belief. When i got on the scale this morning and saw that I had reached my 2nd weight loss goal...I froze....then i got off, then back on again several times....just to make sure!

I cried, laughed (cause I still couldn't believe it) then told my biggest supporter throughout this entire journey...my wonderful hubby. I am so blessed to have him in my life.

...I don't post a lot on here, but I lurk daily...reading everyone journey's, their NSV's and struggles. I am proud of my accomplishments and will continue to work this tool that I have been given. I still avoid pasta, rice, sugar and breads...and always try to under eat my sleeve & I still exercise 5 to 6 days a week. I am not always perfect in my eating, but I know what my trigger foods are and do whatever I need to stay away from them.

Thank you to everyone that posts, I do read them and get inspiration from each of you!
