First step is admitting it.

I have been slacking lately. I had my surgery on Dec 5th. I began weight training on April 26th. Althought I have people look at me and their jaws drop even having seen me a few months ago I still have not lost much additional weight since April 1st. I know I am adding lean muscle but I still have 30 lbs to go.

I stopped tracking etc and that has been my downfall.

I will get this train wreck back on track as I want to lose this last 30 lbs but Dec 5th. I want to walk into my 1 year check  up and have them say AWESOME....

I want to lose the additional 30 and gain it back in pure muscle...

I WILL MAKE IT . I WILL WIN

Other stuff...People this journey is amazing...I have gone from 3 and 4X clothes to some Large and XL sizes. My waist has gone from 56 to 42.
My sexlife has improved dramatically. I swear it is testosterone being released from the fat burning but hey I am not an expert.
My surgeon says she can see that bodybuilder V shape starting to form. WOO HOO...

I bought my first pair of cowboy boots Saturday that I had bought in 15 years because my feet would hurt too bad to wear them.

I have never regretted having the surgery to improve my life. I will not allow myself to fail in my journey.
