Two months! And progress pictures (hopefully)
I have been out of town for a bit so I haven't posted much, but I got back home just in time for my two month update. Yesterday made two momths since I had surgery. I coulnd't be happier with my progress or the choices I'm making. I know some have lost more than me, but that's okay. I stick to my plan and the weight is coming off.
I've had some great not NSVs too. This month I found that I can go up and down stairs without holding on to a rail. I am able to drive 8 hours without my back going into spasms. I am down from a size 20/22 to a 16. I can beat my kid in a foot race. I have no trouble getting my water any more. I enjoy doing things with friends without making it about food. I could go in and on, but I think it's safe to sayi'm just around happier with my life now.
