foam from protein drinks
How did you mix it? If you shake it or put it in a blender, it's gonna be really foamy. If I remember correctly from before the OH people took away our bookmarks, when I posted a similar topic, people said stirring it with a spoon worked better. Let me see if I can find my original thread...

I shake mine in a shaker bottle and once blended I add ice cubes and the foam disappears, but then it takes me quite a while to drink mine as well. I take about 1/2 hr to drink it. I just like to sip at it.

Surgery 4 Jun 12 Dr Ponce de Leon in Mexico I was down 57 lbs prior to surgery.
DO NOT shake the nectars. Simply pu****er or milk in a glass... then add nectar powder... then immediately stir with a spoon vigorously for a minute. It comes out with no foam. But yes, it's a bit of an art!!
