I'm new here to the OH world, but I've been active online for WLS support via Youtube and Facebook. for months!
I had VSG on 3/14/12 and have lost a total of 71lbs since surgery and 115lb overall from my highest weight.
Loving life and looking to connect with fellow VSGers and folks local to the Bay Area, CA.

Hi there! I am a fellow VSGer with the same date of surgery as you! I am down around 80lb from my preop weight and feel great. I am also in Cali - but in SoCal. I know that there are meetups organized here between NorCal and SoCal. Stick around! :)
