HELP Please

I need  some input  I  am about  5 months out  been  going  very  slow  last 2 months.  Now  last  2  weeks  not  matter  what  I  eat is making tummy hurt.    I  feel  like  tummy  it  stretched  to max  and  I  am  bloating  and  very hard,  Everything  is  going  right  threw me.  Any  ideas  what is  wrong,  feel  like  my  intestine  are  turning  and  twisting all the  time.  And  the  gas  is  killing me,  I  have  so much noise  also.  
Any  ideas  what is  going on?   Can I  get  leak  at  this  stage?   really  hurts  about 10 minutes  after food.

I agree - call your doctor.  You might need some bacteria for your gut - it helps with degestion.  You can get capsules with it, or eat some lite activia (the pills have more strains).  But checking with the Dr. is the best option!

 Definitely call your surgeon, or primary care physician. 
Can you drink or is it just food?
Are you measuring your food?  Does a small amount cause the same symptoms? (~1 oz)
Write down what makes things worse and what goes down okay if anything.  Give your doc as much info as possible to work with.
How mayny carbs are you eating, by the way?  If I eat too many at once, my gut roils for hours, I'm nauseated, and it hurts.
