Eating One Year Out-

Having just passed my one year mark, I've been working on putting together posts that discuss topics that were of concern for me when I was pre-op and also early post-op.  Hopefully the posts will help some of the newbies!!

Good post. It's realistic about the difference between what we can eat and what we should eat, and what we will probably eat.

 thank you I am almost at my date and this info really helps when you realize that life will get somewhat normal after you put in the hard work to reach goal thanks again
