Ok...tried this morning, and it's gooood. Enough to hold me until noon (or later!).

8 oz Soy Slender chocolate
1 scoop Unjury chocolate
1 tsp natural SF peanut butter (Meijer natural is my favorite!)
1/4 pkg SF banana creme Jell-O pudding
4 ice cubes
1 sweet mini-blender!

Super yummy, thick, and almost too decadent. Perfect for a Sunday morning! Total calories - approx 226, carbs - 16 g (usually I would never have this much in one shake, but the pudding added a lot!), protein - 28.3 g. If I did it again, I'd cut down on the pudding...wondering if there's SF banana syrup? Also, I cannot wait for my PB2 to come in the mail so I can have lighter peanut butter! Like I said, this is my food until lunch, and I'll be low carb-ing it the rest of the day (I usually stay under 20 fat grams and 30 g carbs each day).

Have a good one!
