posting pics

 I have been on this website for 6 months now and I am trying to post a couple of before and after pics and I have no clue how to do it.  HELP!!  

I found the easiest way to do it was to drag a photo from another open internet window, to the post I wanted it to show up in.  Example,=   upload photo to facebook or some other online photo sharing site.  open one window  to the OH post you want to add photo to, then open another window with the uploaded photo you want to post, then drag and drop.  hope that is helpful.
