Stall broke!

 My stall finally broke this morning and I hit 178!!!!!  Exactly 50 lbs gone forever!!!!  I am so excited!

 Oops!  I hit the wrong emoticon in my subject line!  Lol!!

How long were you stalled and what did you do to get past it?

 Right at two weeks and I honestly just did what the vets here say to do. Follow your plan and let your body catch up. It finally worked!

Thanks! It looks like we had VSG within a week of each other and are on almost the same wt. loss schedule! What would we ever do without each other on this forum to encourage us and keep us going (not to mention helpful suggestions!)

Oops! You had your surgery in June! I was looking at the date you became a member! In that case, you are doing great!!My wt. loss has been slower, but steady, nonetheless. So I'm happy, as long as it keeps going down. Summer has been harder **** cream!) and I haven't been as good as I should, but I'm still losing. I even went on vacation to the beach for a week (cookouts, ice cream, laying on the beach, etc.) and didn't gain any wt -I was happy I maintained! And then I lost 2 lbs when I returned and went back to work and my normal (good) habits. Keep up the good work!
